I write about business, psychology, and personal development.

Most of what I write ties into what I’ve been studying over the past few years about how we think, behave, and why we do the things we do.

These articles are inspired either by books I’ve read or thoughts and ideas I encounter in my day-to-day life.

I think that too many of us fall into the trap of complacency or boring routines, and months or years later we look back and realize we haven’t really done anything we wanted to do.

As humans, we thrive on a feeling of progress and mastery in order to feel good about ourselves and give meaning to our lives.

That’s why it’s so important to keep learning – whether from books, experiences, or from other high-performing people – and to keep challenging ourselves and confronting the fears and social conditioning that keeps us from becoming our greatest selves in life.

I’m definitely not an expert on life and I have a lot more to learn about…everything. But as I continue forward I’ll keep posting articles for my own enjoyment and also with the hope that maybe you’ll find something that is either interesting, inspiring, or at the very least, entertaining.

And every once in a while, I’ll bust this out:

Hello Curtis.. I randomly started watched your YouTube videos this evening, which eventually lead me here. I just had this overwhelming desire to read anything you’ve ever written.

    Anyway, you’re basically a walking TEDtalk. Well-played.

    1. Hey Phoebe,

I’m glad you stumbled across/enjoyed my videos, and thanks for the kind words! Much appreciated.
